Digital products

Books sold through TrueReader are digital PDF products. Access to the full PDF is granted after an administrator verifies the payment. Preview files, where available, are provided for evaluation.

Payments

Payments are submitted using the UPI ID displayed at checkout. Customers must enter a valid transaction reference and upload a screenshot. TrueReader reviews requests manually; submitting a screenshot does not guarantee approval. Never pay to an unrelated UPI ID.

Refunds

Because digital content can be accessed after delivery, contact the store before purchase if you have questions. If you paid but the request was rejected or the wrong amount was charged, contact support with the order number and transaction reference. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

TrueReader stores your name, email, password hash, order details, transaction reference and submitted payment screenshot to operate the store and verify payments. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to payment screenshots is restricted to administrators. Do not upload unrelated personal documents.

Account security

Use a unique password and keep your login details private. Report suspicious activity to the store support contact.
